FAQ

Concise answers for common account, gym, Guild, Trial, progress, activity, and support questions.

Account And Handles

Codeforces, VJudge, and profile setup basics.

How do I verify my Codeforces handle?

Sign in, open Profile settings, then go to Connected handles and follow the Codeforces handle steps. You will be asked to place a short verification token on your Codeforces profile so the platform can confirm the handle belongs to you.

Why is the verification token short-lived?

The token is meant for one verification attempt. If you close the page, remove the token, or need to try again, request a new token from the same handle setup flow.

What does VJudge handle support mean?

VJudge handle support helps the platform connect VJudge-based training activity to the right profile when that information is available. Keep your handle details accurate so progress pages can match your work correctly.

Gyms, Tags, And Ratings

How community feedback helps training pages stay useful.

How do gym ratings and reviews help?

Ratings and reviews help trainees understand whether a gym fits their level, topic, and training goals. You can browse available training sets from Gyms.

What are problem tags and quality ratings?

Problem tags describe topics such as graphs, math, greedy, or dynamic programming. Quality ratings are feedback about how useful or clear a problem feels for training.

What does solved status mean?

Solved status shows saved evidence that a profile solved a problem on a supported judge. Very recent solves may take time to appear if judge data has not arrived yet.

Guilds And Trials

Visibility, membership, and Trial progress basics.

How does Guild visibility affect what I can see?

Guilds can show different information to visitors and members. Open Guilds to see Guilds available to you; private pages and progress views appear only when your account has access.

What is a Trial?

A Trial is a Guild training contest or problem set. It groups problems together so members can practice and compare progress in one place when the Guild shows those views.

Why can Trial progress look stale or recently checked?

Progress pages reuse saved results so users do not wait for every judge check on every visit. A stale or recently checked message usually means the page is showing the latest saved result while newer judge data catches up.

Activity And Progress

How dashboards differ and why updates are not always instant.

What is the difference between Progress and Activity?

Progress focuses on whether selected Trial problems are solved. Activity focuses on recent accepted solves and timing when that information is available.

What do scheduled refreshes do?

Scheduled refreshes update saved progress or activity in small batches so dashboards stay useful without making every page visit wait for judge checks.

Why can Codeforces or VJudge data be delayed?

Judge sites and imported contest data do not always update at the same time. If a solve or contest change is missing, it may simply need more time before the platform can show it.
